Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11873833, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below New Era Realty claimed that they were not responsible that I had to spend $1,on a moving company when they told me that the closing would be happening on the day I used the moving company.I do not know then who would be responsible besides the realtor who told me that the closing would be moving forwardI still believe completely that they are 100% responsible and $1,is a lot of money to wasteI was lied to and I would like to be compensated fairlyI plan on taking legal action if this is not resolved through the Revdex.com Regards, Herbert [redacted]

We had a list of small and large jobs that Graziano Builders did for us The list included the following: install a new granite bathroom counter and new bathroom fixtures including a shower door, remove a wine frig and install a new cupboard, install an outlet in our foyer, install a floor outlet behind a sofa, and install a sliding screen door All of these were accomplished with ease and efficiency All were done WELL and to our satisfaction!!! [redacted] and his crew cleaned up daily and came daily without interruption We HIGHLY recommend Graziano Builders!

We just recently had [redacted] Buiders complete a remolding of our bathroom We would give them five stars out of five for their workmanship as we were thrilled with the results In my line of work, I have dealt with contractors for over forty years [redacted] and his crew are everything you want and define the meaning of the ultimate of professionalism When we asked for a quote for job, [redacted] came to our first meeting right on time and presented us a quote in a very timely manner We were not looking for the lowest price, rather a fair price that came with quality workmanship We received a finish product beyond our expectations! When we decided to proceed with the project, we were given a date when they would start They held exactly to that schedule Each and every day the work crew showed up precisely on time They projected the project would take two and half weeks to complete They completed the project ahead of schedule in eight working days They took extra precautions to prevent the usual construction dust, etcand cleaned up each and every day before they left [redacted] Builders have their own custom marble cutting shop and supplied us with custom made vanity tops and trim around the mirror and shower that complimented our tile that they installed and created an overall appealing eloquent look to the project In summary, [redacted] Builders are true professionals in every sense of the word, craftsmen extraordinaire, experts in their field and we highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again for any future projects we may have

Graziano Builders recently completed a master bath remodelEverything was professional, on time and at a fair price The crew showed up on time every day, worked a full day and cleaned up before they left each day The project was completed in working days and turned out better than expected The tile shower, trim and granite work is beautiful; picture perfect We wouldn't hesitate using them for our next project

GB did a fabulous job remodeling our kitchen! The granite countertop looks great with the glass tile backsplash and new cupboards! The crew are skilled professionals who work well together We have received many compliments on our new kitchen Everyone is surprised that it was started and finished in just days!

Our project included replacing tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen, removing shower unit and constructing a tile washower, granite vanity tops with rectangular sinks in bathrooms, replacing faucets, light fixtures, towel bars, etc in bathrooms, and installing ceiling fans All work was completed on scheduleThe new shower is absolutely beautiful! I still believe completely that they are 100% responsible and $1,000 is a lot of money to waste. I was lied to and I would like to be compensated fairly. I plan on taking legal action if this is not resolved through the Revdex.com.

Everyone was lead to believe by the lender we would have a closing on that day.Besides the Seller's moving cost and inconvenience, the Buyer's needed to move out of their rental and put everything in storage. They needed to find temporary housing for their family. Not everyone was under the same...

roof. Very stressful for a young family.being apart a few weeks.There are many new challenges in getting financing these days. Things are required at the last minute or issues arise that can't be resolved. Because of privacy laws lenders do not keep us totally in the loop.Thankfully with everyone's help, patience and understanding the Buyer was eventually able to successfully get financing with another lender.  Buyer's family got their home and Seller was able to purchase and move into his condo.
