I spoke with the customer and explained that the repair work that was performed could have been the cause of her drivability issue and that unless it was repaired, there would be no way to know if further repair was necessary
Customer stated that she would have preferred not to put any money into
the vehicle if she knew it needed more work than what was doneShe said that she would have preferred to just trade the car in
I offered to have the customer come in to the dealership and if she finds a car that she likes, I would offer her $*** more for her vehicle than appraised value in order to help her trade into a new vehicle
I have already spoken to Mrs*** and offered to apply the dollar amount of the repair bill that she is unhappy with to the value of her Maxima on trade-inThis amount would be applied over and above the market value of her MaximaShe has declined the offer
This is "The Best" roofing company I have ever used Professional in every aspectThe company uses a representative to come to the house and give you not only an estimate, but discuss exactly what work you want accomplished and answer any questions you haveHe also becomes your point of contact for scheduling purposes and additional questionsTheir quote for a new roof was comparable to the other estimates we received (middle of the prices)The roofing crew was incredibleI needed approximately square feet of roof replaced (removed old roof, replaced rotted decking and resurfaced flat aluminum deck roof)They completed the job in two days and the roof looks great! Material used was top-of-the-lineThe representative came out and did a quality assurance inspection after the job was completeI would recommend these guys to anybodyThey know what their doing and they do it very well
When we needed our roof replaced we called 4 other companies in Pensacola. Walther called us right back while the others failed to even return our call. We decided they would do our roof, we signed the contract they ordered our shingles. Within two weeks they called and the shingles were delivered by their supplier, and as they left Walthers crew pulled in. The workers were very polite and all took pride in doing a great job. They removed the old and replaced in two days. All the debris was removed with our home looking better than before they showed up. They cared about our home as much as we did. THANK YOU FOR DOING A GREAT JOB !!!

Avoid this company. I got a quote from them for a roof repair. They came out, didn't even go up on the roof, then gave me an outrageous quote that added in all sorts of ridiculous additional services. I asked around about them, and I found out they are known for adding all sorts of unnecessary things to their bills to run up the price.

I recently had an estimate for some work to take care of a leak around my chimney. Without setting foot inside of the attic or on the roof the man proceeds to tell me he wants to completely tear off the siding, wrap the entire outside and basically rebuild the thing. The quote was excessive for the time and materials and to beat it all, he never actually looked at the chimney to determine where the leak was coming from. Wow.
