This claim occurred because the customer purchased the merchandise from our website, after using the items, she or he wanted to return and filed a claim via PayPalWe responded this customer's return request within hours after the claim was filedWe do have days return policy on written on
our website, and our return policy stated that the buyers pay for the return cost because we don't charge shipping cost when the order was shippedIn other words, we offer free shipping on all the items, regardless how much the customer spendsThis buyer insisted that we should pay for the return costWe refused; at the same time, we provided our mailing address for return and the RMA number to this customerCurrently, we already refunded the customer's full amount payment for this transaction via PayPalPlease see attached file showing the payment has been refunded in full by reversing the payment back to the buyer Thank you!

Hi,Thank you for writing email to us.We did reply the customer's emails on time and try to help the customer to solve the problem.We asked the customer to email us some pictures showing the information we need so we can help her find out what leads to the problem.However, the customer did not email
us any pictures we need, but just asked us to ship one cartridge to her for replacement.All the cartridges worked fine until about one month later, so we think that she might not know how to reset the chips.We do have two different type of chips, once we received the picture showing the chips she has, we can give her the instruction on how to reset the chips.She refused to send the pictures; instead, she filed the case with Revdex.com.She still can return the items for a refund if she is not satisfied with our products.We can't just ship the replacements whichever the customers asked for If the customer does not know how to use the products properly, regardless how many replacements are sent, the problems are still there.Here is our return informationShe can return the product in business days.Here is the RMA number: REFU10644.Please seal all the items, pack them well, and return them

They wouldn't issue a refund until pressured by the Revdex.com but they did refund my money back to me. it posted to my account this morning. thank you so much for your help with this matter

our website, and our return policy stated that the buyers pay for the return cost because we don't charge shipping cost when the order was shipped. In other words, we offer free shipping on all the items, regardless how much the customer spends. This buyer insisted that we should pay for the return cost. We refused; at the same time, we provided our mailing address for return and the RMA number to this customer. Currently, we already refunded the customer's full amount payment for this transaction via PayPal. Please see attached file showing the payment has been refunded in full by reversing the payment back to the buyer.   Thank  you!
