Hello Complainant has signed days warranty on engine and transmission only I make it very clear to her that warranty only engine and transmission I checked the car engine and transmission in excellent condition I’m not responsible for anything else within the days of the
warranty I See her daughter driving the car all the time there’s nothing wrong with it

Ms. [redacted] called me at 2-21-2017 saying that her car is overheating and smoking I advice Ms. [redacted] not to drive her car anymore in order to maintain...

the engine, and have it towed to my garage to diagnose the problem. Ms. [redacted] ended up driving her car anyways to me; I received the car with engine light and brake light on. After diagnosing the car I advice Ms. [redacted] that she need thermostat housing and cooling line replaced on her car because the car has major leak, after 2 days Ms. [redacted] got me the parts and I finished fixing the car in same day I drove the car to Ms [redacted] house and she was very thankful to me to fixing her car so she can go to work after more then a week Ms. [redacted] come back to the garage claiming that her car is shaky I diagnose the car again and I advice her that her o2 sensor is bad and that could make the car shaky in some cases. Also Ms. [redacted] glimpse deferent  BMW 7 Series which is completely deferent model and year  for a different costumer and she  claimed that I changed her engine or I swapped her parts .The 2 links below explains the difference between Ms. [redacted] car and the other car there’s no way to swap any parts or engines [redacted]other car [redacted]
