Customer has been complaining and we have responded numerous times to adjust her screens and awning ...I will be happy once again to call customer and adjust or change screens and awning to her complete and total satisfaction as we have tried to do on numerous occasions.....Thank you Marty Kohler

the phoneOur staff left a detailed message on our answering service explaining thisWhen we arrived to the office Monday morning 7/we received this customers message and we were out that day to rectify his problemAfterwords the customer expressed to us that he was satisfied.Thank youMatthew K***

awning will be installed next week between Feb 8th and Feb 12th  Customer has been notified by phone and was apologetic and satisfied......
