Response to address Mr*** concerns,
Investors , servicing companies , and bank always sale there loans on a monthly basis, so we are not surprised if your loan/note has being sold
to another investor that's part of the secondary market Please if your financial circumstance changes then we would be happy to re-visit your situation and we will both figure if your new investor participated in the government programsWe do apologize for any miss understanding and like previously
mentioned your information has being already shredded by a professional company so in the near future if you decide to re-apply we would like to see

in this case Mr. [redacted] did NOT fit the parameters to receive assistance because there was no real financial hardship.  All of his personal information is deleted from our system and any paper trail by law and per our organizations policy is professionally shredded.

[       This "organization"  is not up front about who they are or how they operate.   Are they a nonprofit, a government agency, a church, a charity, or a for profit business?   They promised me they could help me.   They could not.   They told me I had a hardship.    Now they say I do not.    They told me my "investor" is HSBC, a bank from the UK.   The mortgage company says it is [redacted].    So it seems that New Faith Outreach is wrong.                    ]

They lied and took my money. When I requested a refund they gave me paper in writing to refund me back. I didn't get my money and don't respond to my calls. They told me they would help me save my house. 2 years of them telling me their doing the modifications. They then said I would beable to get into a program they will allow me to stay in my house and make lower payments. When I started getting sale date on my home I called them. They said we will take of it. I didn't get the modification and lost over $6000 with them. I had to move my kids and my grandson out and I couldn't afford the mortgage. I Owen over 20,000 listening to them tell me don't make a payment. Worst experience ever.

Review: When working with Sales Rep from New Faith Outreach, he did not have a privacy or disclosure form to protect any of the confidential information sent to him. He initially said that the services would cost $1499 since they knew all of the "loopholes" to get customers through the government and bank approval process for loan modification. Once his underwriting department reviewed my documents, they wanted another $2499, that could be made in payments, to "lock" in our home and stall any proceedings. Everywhere we have read that government programs do not require payment of any fees; so, having to spend almost $4,000 for "maybe" a 70% guarantee of approval is a Sales and Service issue. This company should be avoided. They should be shutdown for offering something that is not possible -- a true "scam."Desired Settlement: Make certain anyone that comes to this company knows they are dealing with crooks.

Review: These people called and made all these big claims about loan modification and kept calling and calling and asked for all this private info, and they got back to me one time, saying well, we can do this for you, lower your payment by this much, we work with all lenders, we are approved by your lender, and then I have not heard back when promised. Never got a straight answer as to who they were or how they operate. Could be a big scam or identity theft for all I know. I would hate to think they scammed me or are going to use my info somehow.Desired Settlement: Is this company legitimate? Why did they request all this info and make all these claims and then not get back? What is going to happen to my tax info, bank statements, etc?
