Review: My daughter just turned 18 called New Falls Fit. to see if they can do a 3 month contract (Oct-Jan) as she is leaving for boot camp come Jan. New Falls said YES not a problem. We have a contract that is signed and says 3 months for a total of $100. Within a week my credit card was charged 3x that amount, and since I didn't have enough funds it was denied. I then contacted my CC company to let them know I did not authorize anything over 100 so they rejected all the charges, and I got my money back. In the mean time I've stopped in NFF to get this resolved but the owner is never there it is a young person who is under 18 years of age running the business. The one time I was told the owner wouldn't be in till 10PM and he would call me, and he didn't. NFF then turned my daughter, [redacted], into collections, and this collection company is stating NFF said we have a 6month contract, and we now owe over 5x the amount of what we originally signed for. I left a copy of the contract at NFF for the owner to contact me. I am willing to pay the $100 (even though my daughter hardly worked out there as soon as the first week was over we had the charge problems) but I don't feel we should have to pay any more than what the contract says, nor do I want this to go against my daughter's credit. She is a very young woman, and I feel the owner took advantage of this. I also don't know if we signed a credit card receipt for 100.00 how they could continue to charge over and over with no signature.

I can forward a copy of this contract where it shows 3 months for 100 dollars if required.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay the 100 dollars HOWEVER I want NFF to contact the collections place and tell them this is settled so it doesn't affect my daughter's credit or my credit.

I want the collection company to stop harassing us for this money since it is incorrect, and is not in accordance to the signed, and dated contract

Review: 1. I have complained to the owner of the facility that the locker room constantly smells like sewage. He keeps giving excuses saying he had the pipes cleaned buth that didn't work. The next time he tried to blame it on the restaurant next dooe. I eat at this restaurant and it has no odor whatsoever. The last time I used the locker room, he sent an employee in with a spray bottle under her arm to try to camaflouge the odor.

2. He does not keep the equipment serviced. The treadmills are very wobbly and jumpy. I have voiced my concerns to the owner but they go in one ear and out the other.

I'm stuck with a contract with this ficility until November 2014 and I would like the equipment to work properly.

3. I had cancedlled my membership back in October 2013 but he assured the problem would be fixed so I cancelled my cancellation.Desired Settlement: End my contract without the $50 early termination feel.
