Review: I placed an order with the understanding that the product would be received by the date I needed it since I had ordered it within the time required in order to insure that I would have it in time. However, they did not mention that the production process will take 2-3 weeks and then they will mail out and provide tracking online through the ordering process it only states it will take 2 weeks. I had emailed them several times as this is the only way to contact them for orders per their website. I and my assistant also called and left several messages to get details of shipment only to NEVER receive a return call even though the recording states that will call if left a message. According to the ###-###-#### number they provide. It was not until I called again today 4/**/14 and decided to go through option 2 on their automative system and talk to sales as if I was placing an order. The person I spoke to was very rude and when I requested that they cancel the order since their information was unclear they refused and became very rude! I have no use for these items if I can't get them prior to 4/**/14 as this is when my event will take place.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel the order immediately and have my money refunded to my credit card.

Review: I recently purchased 120 mason jars from New Favors for wedding favors. We received the shipment in a timely fashion but did have an issue with one box of 24 mason jars. The product had a range of very apparent cracks to some that were less severe but we were still concerned with breakage at a later point in time. I followed up by going to their webpage and calling the number offered for customer service. The couple attempts I made brought me to a Voicemail and I left a message with contact info as well as sent an e-mail through the online customer service email. From there on out it has been the most painful interaction I have had to deal with in regard to products and service. It took multiple e-mails to understand the protocol for how to get the product replaced due to vague responses. It was hard to get clearer information as any response thereafter was the same as previous emails with slight variation in the sentence. I especially appreciated the mild suggestion that I was lying? I requested to speak with a manager and was told only people with valid complaints get a call from the manager and asked what my complaint was. I said to report poor customer service and was ignored after that point. From my understanding at this point in time I must figure out how to take 24 separate pictures (which I am currently working on and will have emailed before the 2 day process period for this complaint) of the mason jars and e-mail them to this person I have been dealing with. If the jars are deemed indeed broken they will "come pick them up". That is all the information this person will give me past that point regardless of prompting for further information. This will be difficult not only because of the hassle in and of itself but because of the smaller cracked jars which I am finding more difficult to show on film. Wish I never happened across their business site. Not worth the hassle with how many other sites are selling the same product.Desired Settlement: I would like to ship the damaged items back and receive a refund as well as reimbursement for shipping.I would have preferred them being replaced since I need 120 favors in total but have been online looking for another company that hopefully sells the same product. I am too concerned that the replacement shipment might have issues that would force me to deal with New Favors again, of which I am really not willing to do any longer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

New Favors has refunded the money for the damaged jars to my account. However I am confused as to what action they would like me to take next.

Initially after I filed a complaint with you they said "Have the jars packed and ready for pick up". When I sent an e-mail questioning what that meant (do I leave it outside on a particular day or need to be home), the response e-mail was a confirmation that I was approved to be refunded. So I asked again and still have yet to receive an answer in regard to how to get their damaged product back to them as they have requested.

Any suggestions?

Review: After I ordered it from their internet site, they only showed order ID number. After for a while, I wanted to check its situation however the internet site does not have confirmation part. After that, I sent too many emails to get my tracking number and called their customer service. No one respond my emails and phone calls. This company made a fake internet site, they only charge money to their CC and they don't provide any customer service nothing.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel my order and get money back

Review: I went to newfavors.com to place my bridal shower favors. All over the website it discusses their shipping as follows: US Domestic (48 States) Non personalized Orders leaves our location within 2 -3 Business Days via UPS Ground and arrive 2 -5 Business days later We ship from New York so orders to the east coast will arrive sooner than the west coast. I even tried to call but it was nearly impossible to get someone live and would keep redirecting you to their website for shipping information. The day I placed my order on August *,2013 I sent an inquiry through their website to indicate I had just placed an order and wanted someone to contact me regarding the shipping date as I wanted to ensure timely dilevery no later than today the [redacted] (maybe even [redacted] would be OK if need be). I never gained a response but saw that on August [redacted] they deducted the $266.46 cents. Based on their shipping information that means they were on their way to shipping my product. The absolute latest based on their website and phone messages when calling in would be Wednesday, August [redacted]. When it did not arrive I immediately sent emails all morning to the website and even replied to the email they sent me confirming my order on August [redacted]. With NO response by the end of the day Thursday, August [redacted] I called several times in hopes to get someone live. I finally dialed into their sales team to get someone live and explained my situation and how I have not gained any response. This morning I checked my email and 3 messages. Indicating they do not have the item on hand, they are sold out/out of stock! Why does their website not indicate this (still today not indicating this) and they have not returned my money yet. I still do not understand why and how they did not contact me immediately when their webiste states it leaves their warehouse in 2 days, they withdrew the $266.46 on August the [redacted] no problem but if they didnt have the product why would they take the money. Why did no one call or email me to let me know. This is all false advertisement and is putting me in a huge bind because I now need 100 favors by this Sunday! Horrible service, false adverstisement, they took my money with no intent to send me my product by their terms. In the confirmation they sent me on August the [redacted], the very first line states this: Your NewFavors.com order #[redacted] is summarized below and being processed. Orders may not be Changed, Modified nor Cancelled. But they can modify and do whatever they want? This is wrong and a double standard.Desired Settlement: I believe for their horrible service, double standards on customers not being able to cancel but they can cancel/modify (by simply not sending the product in their given time) I should get a FULL refund with the product to still be shipped out (even though it will be late). This is 100% wrong what they did to me. How can you not contact the customer to let them know the product is out of stock, yet still take the money for the product out of their account and not let the person know that based on their shipping details that it will be over a month LATE! I should still get my product and get a FULL refund if they do business like this. Reason I feel I should get the product (even though it will be late, I can use for my actual wedding as favors) is becuase I now have to take the day off work to go and buy and put together 100 favors to ensure I have favors for my shower on Sunday morning, August [redacted]. Losing a day of work, especially that its my wedding year and PTO days are so precious as to need days for a honeymoon is a HUGE and big deal to ME and very expensive.

Review: I ordered personalized glasses and boxes for them on May *, 2015. When I placed the order the website gives a delivery date. I need the glasses by May **, 2015 and the website said that if I placed them that day, then I would have them by May **, 2015. The website also states that it takes two weeks to process personalized stemless glasses which I ordered. I called Tuesday May ** to get a status update and all I get is a recording. I sent an email Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, no response. They finally responded Friday by email and wrote 2 lines, it takes three weeks to process personalized items and that my boxes would ship on the [redacted]. No answer as to if the process was near finished, nothing! I wrote back and told them that this was not what stated when I ordered the glasses and asked if I could expedite shipping. I get no email responses and no phone responses. After paying $200 for glasses I expect far better customer service than this. Company may do good work but the customer service is poor.Desired Settlement: I am not looking for a refund, I really want the glasses as promised. If the site says two weeks in one location, two-three weeks in another, and then at checkout tells me that I would have my glasses by a certain date then I expect that or a phone call or email explaining the delay. But I get nothing. If the glasses can't be delivered then I will be seeking a refund. I even emailed them and told them I would pay to expedite the shipment. I just don't understand doing business with a company that you can't even talk to.

Review: On Dec. [redacted] I purchased 1 engraved bottle opener from the following buisness for $21.50 and approximately 1 week later they sent me an email saying the product I ordered was out of stock then I emailed them back asking how long it will take for the product to be sent and they emailed me saying it had been discontinued. I emailed them back mulitpul times asking for a full refund and they never responded. I would like to resolve this issue a.s.a.p thank you!Desired Settlement: Total refund of $21.50
