The beauty of modern day technology is that what you what you print in text and email messages last foreverI can produce these text to document my conversations with MrJ***As a matter of fact in my last communication with him I threatened to turn this over to an attorney and his reply was to talk about his on personal hardshipsYes I did pick up some units from his loading dock but he continued to "borrow" units from my inventory because he couldn't afford to pay his suppliersAs a matter of fact the last units he picked up from me at Hoban High School's parking lotHe did at that time make a payment for the those units but it was not for the amount we had agreed uponI think that fact that he states that I've been "plotting" some "scheme for years" speaks volumes about who MrJ*** isMy son and I have a very successful business right now and have nothing to gain from filing this com,plaintWe don't use or recommend this product anymore simply because of MrJ***'s business ethicsIronically, I did receive an overseas order on Friday for MrJ***'s product and I'll be sure to relay this message to my customer when I return their money

Mr*** states he bought units
Five years ago Mr*** did buy merchandise from me five years ago
Mr*** did not want to pay the full retail price for the merchandise he selected from my website five years ago
Mr *** talked me into giving him distributor pricing
Mr*** paid below distributor discount pricing
Mr*** refused to sign and and never returned the distributor documents he received from me five years ago
Mr *** used the merchandise and then asked me to repair the abwear and tear Mr *** caused
Mr *** states that he received the merchandise but makes no mention of the free repair and replacement service he received from me five years ago
Mr *** put up his website and began selling the merchandise for full retail price
Since five years has gone by we no longer make the old merchandise Mr*** has been advertising for sale on his website still shown on search engines
