In reference to Ms [redacted] second complaintWhen I do consultations over the phone, I also go over the contract that will be sent to themOne of the things I go over is the Notice of cancellationI always tell my clients that they have three business days to cancel the contractDid we overlook the fact that the contract was never sent back, yes we did but believe me I will make sure that myself and my employees be more careful from this point onIt sill does not negate the fact that we still worked on the credit files like I promised during the consultation As far as Mr [redacted] who paid the other $599.00, we have deleted everything off his Equifax file except a $Georgia Power billMr [redacted] Experian file has been complete and the only reason we were not able to complete Mr [redacted] Transunion file is because of the fact Ms [redacted] did not send it inThe Work we do at New Freedom Financial Services is very time consuming, typing letters, making settlements, answering complaints to summons, making payment arrangements, etcis not an easy task but yet we are successful at it so when we ask our clients to pay there currents accounts on time and send in there credit files in a timely manner, I really don't think it is asking too much I honest don't think it is fair for us to do everything we can to help a client and they do nothing we ask them to do and we have to suffer for itI am also attaching the items that has been deleted off of Mr [redacted] fileThanks!! I am *** ** *** founder and owner of New Freedom Financial Services. We are going into our fourteenth-year of
business. We provide credit counseling, debt settlements, credit restoration and help for individuals who are victims of identify thiefAlthough we have one physical locations, we service individuals all over the United States, even over Seas. We have help individuals from all walks of life, whether it is someone who works in a fast foods, blue collar worker, teacher, bank manager, attorney, judge, physicians, etc. We are not some fly-by-night company that moves from town, city to city or state to state preying on innocent peopleAlthough we are not a non-profit organization we provide several services for no profit. Our goal is to educate and help, as many people as possible about credit and finances, not create hardship and pain. We have request from organizations, churches, entrepreneurs, corporations, mortgages companies, Realtors, etcall the time to do seminars to educations people on credit and we have never charged to do so. We work with several banks, mortgage companies, mobile home dealers, car dealers, Realtors, loan officers, etcand we have never had a complaint from AnyoneMs*** ** *** called inquired about our services on March 5, I explained to Ms*** the services we provide was credit counseling, debt settlements and credit restorationI also explained to her that the completion time of our services depended upon the severity of her credit, no one fits in the same category. There are cases where we have completed individuals files within sixty to ninety days because their files were not very severe and their prices were lessThere has been cases where it has taken us six months, nine months or even eleven or twelve monthsMs*** first consultation was on March 6, everything on her credit file was derogatory. I explained to her that the way credit is set up in the United States an individual has to stay in debt at all times because if not eventually he or she will not have a score, the credit file will say beacon not available, no recent reported account information which means you are not paying on anything so you can't have a scoreI explained to her that she needed to get two secured credit cards and pay the pass due on her auto loan and that would give her three trade lines which an individual should have at all times. I also explained to her that she could never be late on her three trade lines or accounts because it would defeat the purpose to work on her files. I also explained to her, if she makes one thirty day late payment, it would reduce her score by one hundred points and it takes the average person a year and a half to two years to gain back a hundred points that they lost in thirty daysI explained to Ms*** that she could not get any new collections on her file, like medical bill, light bills, water, phone, cable ectbecause a five dollar medical bill will reduce her score twenty five points and ever if she paid it should would not get the twenty five points back because the damage would have already been done; because of these facts we don't ever give a client a time when we are going to complete their files, the only thing we tell our clients is the fact that I do formal updates on Wednesdays and I go over everything in detail, what has been deleted, what has been updated or what we are still working on and anything I have as the client to do, I will check on that alsoI also ask clients not to call for there first formal updated until ninety days after we have processed the first set of files so all the paper work has stated coming inI also let my client know that we don't have to be complete with there files for them the apply for credit. You can have derogative accounts on your files and still be finance the problem is having too many. As long as we are getting the derogators off and you are paying your current accounts on time your score will go up and that is a factMs*** ** *** enrolled in our program on June 19, she only paid only paid $The $35.00 was for the consultationShe enrolled as a couple with Mr*** *** which also paid $564.00. We sent a contract out on June 30, and we never received it back. That is our fault we overlooked the fact that the contract was never signed and returnedAs for as clicking buttons on the credit reports sites, We would not be in business going on fourteen years if that is all we did. Most of that things that are listed on their sites we don't even use, ninety nine percent of our letters are in writing. We have a refund policy that states after a year if the client is not satisfied we deduct $for each account we remove on each credit report and the client pays us $for each account removed and the difference is paid from that point. Not only did we removed several accounts, Ms*** did not do anything I asked her to do, she did not get her two secured credit cards and she was consistently late on her auto loanMs*** was days late on her auto in June, days late in July, days late in August, days late in September, days late in October, days late in December, days late in January and in February
Ms*** stated that I did not respond to her about the contract and the refund policy that is not a true statement, on February 17, 2016, I sent her a list of all the items that has been deleted off of each of her credit files and the total charges, I also mailed her a copy of the contract that we never received back on February 18, I will attach a copy of what I emailed her and the proof of the letter we sent on February 18, I will also mail you a copy of the contract if you need me to do so.

I would would like my payment of $1200 paid in full the same way I paid Freedom Financial for there services that I did not receive . I'm still waiting to receive the signed an dated copy of the contract that states where I was aware of the terms and conditions that you Now speak of after the fact. Please let me know what I need to do to receive that or do I just complete a few reviews or if I just need to seek legal counsel to settle this matter?
