Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] paid the half of the phone that the supplier denied to pay That is the decision of [redacted] , nothing to do with the supplier Why did [redacted] do this? According to [redacted] they recognized the threats made in writing by the supplier Several different notations have been against this supplier and as a result, [redacted] is going to dig deeper into this suppliers history and complaints This supplier offered a duos (double chip) phone, [redacted] S As you can plainly see in his poor english (yes, he is Russian or Slavic) he stated that there was some misunderstandingwhat was the misunderstanding? There was absolutely no discussion of G or G I challlenge him to post any of the commentary between myself and this company that shows me complaining about o G He tried to make it an issue, it was not This poor Russian not only speaks bad english, but is a terrible liar Given that [redacted] had to step in and pay the difference does not mean this is over [redacted] is investigating this company for fraud and paid me because I am a very good client and because I am right in my claim, what was sent was not what was ordered They are not selling real equipment [redacted] has also been contacted and I have supplied them with my complaint as well as photos of what arrived The company said from the looks of the phone it is a cheap copy out of China, which makes sense since it was drop shipped from Hong Kong As for my complaints on [redacted] , there are only three negative reviews in my [redacted] purchases of thousands of dollars per year All very well founded As well, you will find very positive comments for those products which I believe are worth the money and where the product was as good as it looked on line as well as in hand One only has to look at the quantity of complaints against this company for the same or even worse behavior with other clients The company offered to send me another phone at no charge if I pulled my complaint from [redacted] I denied that offer as crooks like this deserve to be prosecuted When I have time on Monday, I will start in the city of Seattle and the state of Washington to see what consumer protection is available and so that someone inspects this companies inventory to see if is legit or cheap copies being sold as real products And yes, when this poor liar started asking me how come all of the clients from SAmerica are such problems (implying that I was from SAmerica) given that I live in Peru That is when I told him that I am not from Peru, that I am from New Jersey and that I didn't want to hear about his problems with latin america I ordered the:Condition: New - This Brand New [redacted] 16GB Black DUAL SIM Factory Unlocked GSM phone comes in Original [redacted] box with all original accessories in the boxWhat arrived is not a dual SIM phone, it is a single SIM phone!I guess that I need to file a claim with [redacted]

Hello Revdex.com, YET again customer is NOT being honest! Please see attached as proofCustomer got full amount refunded already by [redacted] .com, however Customer's claim that he has opened on [redacted] .com was "DENIED TO BUYER" and closedPlease see that in attachedAlso after customer called and complained to [redacted] .com, they have already covered the full amount and now customer is trying to extort even more moneyCustomer also left us bad star review, which was already removed by [redacted] .com since they see that customer is super unreasonable NOT only to us, but to other sellers! He literally on the phone said this: " I am from New Jercy, I know my rights" Well, customer is an "abusive customer" he ordered 3G phone, and was very upset that item is NOT 4G! We told customer that item is NOT 4G because this is the model [redacted] is NOT 4G, then customer said it should of been DUAL SIM, we never said in our listing that item is DUAL SIM, it was misunderstanding, but this is besides the pointThe fact of the matter is this, [redacted] .com investigator already closed this claim and "Denied to buyer" and then Even went further and refunded buyer, and now buyer is contacting Revdex.com to extort more money when FULL REFUND IS DONE as per screen attached! Claim was granted by covered by [redacted] .com not us, we charged customer 50% since item came in beat up box, with scratches and used accessories, so we charged customer 50% restocking fee as per our return policy for shipping beat up electronics back to us Please let us know if you need anything else, we can provide more proof, and buyer is now refunded in FULL! We are SHOCKED to see that buyer is still trying to extort more money now from us, even after [redacted] .com already refunded buyer in FULL and covered the full amount that customer has paid for this item Thank you! -VladNGP Team

I am shocked to see that you feel so special that you are above the law! The policy is that you have days even if we shipped you a rock or somebody else wrong phone, after days return/refund policy has expired we cannot help you! At this point we reject helping you since you failed to report issue within days just like any other customer does report in case there was mistake done or anythingAt this time we cannot help you!Also you said phone is broken, did you physically broken it? You kind of confirmed it already by saying it is brokenDo you know that physical damage is NOT covered by any return policy even if you bought it from Apple store? Why you think we should accept physically broken phone by you? Do you feel that special and entitled? This is just shocking! Thank you!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, it was NOT months, it was months after I had purchased the product that I informed NGP about the fault, because that is when the issue started
Any reputable company would be prepared to offer a replacement device or full refund for such a highly priced (Supposedly high quality) product
Additionally the phone was purchased through ***.co.ukThe company name NGP_STORE_EU gives the impression (falsely) that they are an EU based company
It is surely too much of a coincidence that a company would operate with EU at the end of its company name if they did not wish to give this impression
If the company were in the UK, I would be contacting the office of fair trading and trading standards organisation to complain about this! Are there similar organisations in the United States that deal with fair trading and trading standards?
The ***.co.uk webpage for this product did not make it clear that firstly the company was US based and secondly the product being sold was manufactured outside of the European UnionThis is the reason that Samsung are not prepared to honour the warranty
Had this been made clear, I would not have completed the purchase
If possible please provide the contact details of the United States fair trading / trading standards organisation so I can escalate this to them
I do not feel that it is unreasonable for me to request a replacement / refund in light of the above

I am rejecting this response because:The phone was patently not new as described. If it had been new then it's warranty would not have expired more than 12 months before I bought it. The Apple Store clearly stated that as the phone had developed a known fault, they would have replaced it had the warranty been in force. I fail to see how it can be my responsibility to check that a new phone is new when I have paid the price of a new phone for a phone that was clearly described as new, as shown on the Amazon receipt I forwarded to the Revdex.com. Also I do not know if you are suggesting I have a time machine, but it would be difficult for me to have used the phone for 180 days since it was delivered to me four months ago on 21 November and has been non-functional since mid-February.  I do not appreciate being characterised as a cheat and a liar when it is you that has taken my £554 and sent me someone's old phone.

Customer has refused to do it for the longest time, now customer has removed it, also customer emailed us over facebook after Manager Alex...

K. has replied to Mr. [redacted]. We see that Mr. [redacted] has already removed 1 star review and we would like to ask customer to remove this claim as well and give us a chance to help customer. We feel that customer has jumped the gun and has opened this Revdex.com Claim before Alex was able to help and resolve issue for Mr. [redacted]. Please remove this claim and close it.

I am rejecting this response because: I was never asked for proof of my claim and requiring video of the incident is completely unreasonable. I purchased this device specifically because of the company's claim that it was shockproof up to a 6foot drop and waterproof from 2-5meters. The device failed in 3 feet of water after 10- 15 min. I don't feel that expecting the company to stand behind their claims of the CAT S60 being above military grade. I'm only asking for a refund or replacement which I don't see as unreasonable.

Hello Revdex.com, Customer got item with Fedex on February 15th [redacted] with fedex.com almost 7 months later customer saying his phone died after item was dropped into the water. We have checked with CAT the Manufacturer of the device they have told us that "WATER DAMAGE" Is NOT covered...

by warranty and considered as "PHYSICAL DAMAGE" since there is absolutely no proof that customer put phone only 1.5 Meters  deep and held it there for no longer 30 minutes! Customer has failed to provide any proof of that fact and also Factory told us they cannot cover unless there is an evidence by video that phone did work and they put it for less than 30 minutes into less than 1.5 Meters deep water.Customer has opened A_Z claim on amazon.com and has lost it since amazon.com closed A_Z claim. We will NOT refund customer anything and we are NOT obligated unless this problem was within 30 days, after 30 days there is only repair option and no refund is required by us to give to customer by amazon and also repair is NOT possible since customer never provided proof of phone being in less than 1.5 Meters deep and for less than 30 minutes there. Please close this complaint as resolved since customer is just simply 100% unreasonable. Thank you!
