horrid service. employees often smoke marijuana on the job. never respond to bill inquiries or calls. flooded my house and told me it happens all the time

New Generation employees and service extremely poor, unreliable and unprofessional.

Over the last 5+ years, the gentleman/worker who runs the irrigation is frequently late, rude and will not answer when his service is called into question. His neglect has broken my irrigation valve into my yard 3 times - each time I have been required to hire another contractor to bring in the bricks/mortar and reseal the valve.

I have decided to do my own irrigation and SRP has a program that will 'teach' homeowners how to properly irrigate their yards at the right time...

Please don't use this company. New Generation Services does not do the complete job. They will open the valves but will not close all of the valves so when the self irrigators run their water it may not come to them but go into the yards with open valves. Dan V[redacted] does not return calls. Please don't use this company.
