Since I’ve had a loan with new generations it’s been almost impossible to make a payment on my loan Since Monday 11/13/I have been trying to call and make a payment on my loan, because they do not have any other way to make a payment unless you have an account with them As of 1:58pm on 11/14/I have still not been able to get a hold of a customer service representative to Make a payment of my loanI have been on hold for over hours total over the last two daysThis is absolutely ridiculous and I will never open another account with this company nor will I recommend it to anyone I know

My member number with this bank is ***I contacted the bank and spoke to Linda about a cent apple charge that was charged on my card in errorI believe only 75cent was in the account at the time.The charge went through and caused my account to be overdrawned by $Which means that basically my account is overdrawned because of not being available for a charge that I did not authorized
I contacted the merchant and they informed me that they would refund meLinda at the bank said that its nothing that they could do to waive the charge because I received help in the pastI asked Linda to speak with her supervisor and she stated the supervisor was in a meetingI asked if she could have her supervisor call me back and she said that I need to email her or come into the branch
This is a charge that was done in error and I should not have to be charged a $fee for a cent transaction that was done in error Ive had nothing but problems since ive opened this

I refinanced a vehicle with RVA Financial FCU (formerly known as *** *** *** ***) and I paid the car off and they lost the title Now I have to replace the title and it will cost $**and I can't afford that

This credit union was charging me supplemental insurance FOR YEARS without my knowledgeThey never provided any kind of insurance information, card, etcMy payment more than double in total due to the insurance and interest paidThis was ALL WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGEI did not find out about this until years later when I attempted to sell my car the first timeI am now at the end of my load and they are hitting me with a large lump sum to payThis has also affected my credit, in just one month my credit has gone down *** points

Review: My member number with this bank is [redacted]. I contacted the bank and spoke to Linda about a 0.99 cent apple charge that was charged on my card in error. I believe only 75cent was in the account at the time.The charge went through and caused my account to be overdrawned by $37.24. Which means that basically my account is overdrawned because of 0.75 not being available for a charge that I did not authorized.

I contacted the merchant and they informed me that they would refund me. Linda at the bank said that its nothing that they could do to waive the charge because I received help in the past. This is a charge that was done in error and I should not have to be charged a $37 fee for a .99 cent transaction that was done in error. Ive had nothing but problems since ive opened this account. I refuse to pay a ridiculous fee for something I didn't authorize to begin with. I am seriously considering closing all of my accounts with this bank.Desired Settlement: I would like an adjustment. If they don't want to adjust it then ill just close all of my accounts with this business and build a relationship with an institution that values my business

Review: I received a letter in the mail that my account didnt have the funds to cover my $211 power bill. but thats incorrect my account had $212 and $211 was cleared left me with $1.78.78 on 01/06/2014 the bank charged me $37 and said I didnt have the funds in the bank as well they transfered $.04 from my saving... I dont get this bank im highly up set now my account is negative $35.22 when I never overdrawn my accountDesired Settlement: I would like for them to take the overdraft fee off my account place my $1.78 back in my account as well place $211 back on my $500 limit for overdrafting
