Review: Ipurchased outdoor lighting fizxtures, cast aluminum posts and lanterns,onOctober 26, 2013, and paid for the entire purchae on that date via a [redacted] credit card, in the amount of $5500.00. I was advised that the order wouldtake about 4-6 weeks before shipment. The charges were entered in three separate amounts, to cover the three components: separate charges of $2000.00, $3200.00, and $300.00 were charged on that date to my [redacted] card number [redacted]. Just a few days ago that card number was updated, due to expiration date, to number [redacted]. The date for expected delivery came and went.I inquired numerous times about the delay, and was repeatedly given numerous excuses, with promises to "replacethe order" to expedite delivery. I finally learned from one of their employees they are not authorized to order from this manufacturer, and have been given nothing but further excuxes. I have received nothing to date. I complained and they agreed to refund my money through a credit card refund. I received a receipt that they issued a full refund on December 15, 2014, but after two months only a $300.00 refund has been credited to the account which I used to pay for my purchase. I have had nothing but paltry excuses why the additional $5200.00 has not been credited to date, after receiving a copy of the credit issued dated 12/15/2014. This is a significant amount of money: I paid in full for these items on 10/26/13. I have received no merchandise at all, and cannot receive the remaining refund of %5200.00, after numerous "conversations" with several company representatives. I have full and total printed documentation of all these transactions which I can scan and e-mail to you, if you wish. I am simply asking for an IMMEDIATE refund of monies paid over 16 months ago, and have received numerous "excuses" but no product. I have paid approximately $687.00 in interest on this matter to [redacted] since full payment on 10/26/13. Respectfully submitted. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I will accept either certified funds in the amount of $5200.00, plus interest of $687.00 paid for this purchase or a comparable amount applied immediately to my current [redacted] account----replacement number for card used for purchase is: [redacted]. It appears that Grand Light has processed a credit to your account for the amount of $5500.00 on 12/17 as per your verbal order cancellation request on 12/15. (see attached refund slip) We contacted our credit card processing company to inquire as to why only $300.00 dollars had been received back to your account as you had stated in your complaint. Review: gave Grand Light a $8700.00 credit card payment in January 2013 for a custom chandelier. After giving many excuses for delays we can not get them to respond as to when we can expect deliveryDesired Settlement: either deliver the product or refund payment made in January

Review: Only a partial delivery of the goods have been made 2 months after the full price of the item was taken from credit card.

On April 3, 2013 I ordered a light fixture. The payment for this light fixture was immediately taken from my credit card on this date. Only a partial delivery of the light fixture (the frame) has been made to date. The most expensive part of the light fixture - 20 hand blown glass tips and halogen bulbs have not been received.

Many emails and calls to Company has not resolved this. Although the Company has acknowledged that the tips have been ordered from another Company they will not tell me an estimated delivery date and have not sent out the halogen bulbs. The big problem with this order is the disrespect shown by the Company in not communicating with the customer.Desired Settlement: I want the business to treat the customer with respect and maintain communication. I want the Company to set a definite date for delivery of the missing items. Failing this I want the Company to pay back to me cost of buying the glass tips and halogen lamps from another store with a better attutude.

We have been in contact with this customer regarding his issue. We have acknowledged that the discontinued components he has ordered will be fulfilled by the manufacturer and shipped to him in NY.

I did not close this complaint and furthermore the Company is being totally dishonest in its dealings with both you and me. I have reveived the frame of the light but I have not received the most expensive part of the light fixute which is the glass tips. They have now informed me that they ordered frist glass tips and not the colored glass tips that I ordered. This Company and the peopke who run it are just simply incompetent and uncaring. The Company must ifind a solution to this problem.

Review: After waiting on the delivery of five chandeliers for over 8 months, Grand Lighting offered us a full refund. It has been nearly two months and the refund has not been received. Twice, they claimed to have mailed us checks; yet none has arrived. They have failed to provide us with the promised product and have failed to provide us with a refund in a timely fashion.

I was told it would be to me in 4-6 weeks. It never arrived. I emailed and did not get a response. I emailed again and they told me they would be in two more weeks. Never arrived. I asked for a refund and they said they processed the refund. Never got my refund. I want my money back and this company to receive a bad mark. Their customer service is very bad. I have many emails to verify all I've stated but can not fit it all here.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money back and this company to receive a bad mark from your agency.
