We processed the customer's refund the minute she asked for itWhat you're not seeing is the series of pushy and rude emails prior to the one she's postingThe point wassave your rudeness (or just skip it altogether) when you still need something from the companyIf you're going to be mean to your waiter, don't do it at the beginning of the meal! NOT SMARTIt should be noted this customer then went on an all out tyrade to try and bad mouth our company including social media and this ridiculous Revdex.com complaintall because of why? The pair of pants she ordered weren't in stock anymore

The order was placed on a Thursday, UPS 2nd Day airUPS delivers M-F, not on Saturdays or SundaysAny expedited order placed on a Thursday using UPS is not going to arrive on the weekend, periodOn top of that it was days before ChristmasWe actually placed the order with our supplier on the
day the customer placed it with us, however being this close to Christmas, our supplier had closed until 12/This is standard practice for many businesses in the USThe order was shipped on 12/2nd Day Air just like the customer requestedShe's been very demanding and rude and we have a strict policy about thatIf the customer can't behave professionally and chooses to harass us with nasty emails and phone calls, we will not deal with them, periodThe fact is given the time the order was placed, it would not be done any sooner no matter where you shoppedWe will not be crediting her account or helping her any further because she's been rude and there have been no errors on our partNow she's just trying to cause damage and rip us offBefore ordering anything online again, she needs to smarten up about how UPS delivers

There were no delays in any part of the orderChristmas is on Sunday and it's for businesses to close for the holiday on FridayBoth us and our supplier were closed on Friday for Christmas, however we still got her order into our supplier on the day she placed it (Thursday)Besides this, we drop ship the product she bought directly from our supplierOur supplier offers options for shippingground, 2nd day air and overnightYou have to pay an extra $20-$for UPS Saturday delivery and our supplier does not offer that nor do we, nor did the customer pay for thatWhen you place an order for 2nd day air on a Thursday, unless you pay for Saturday delivery, you're not going to get your package until the following weekCALL UPS for this informationThis is standard info and we don't feel the need to call our customers and remind them of UPS policiesIf you order online, it's up to the customer to know this and not our responsibility to make sure they're aware of UPS delivery policiesThe fact is the customer ordered UPS 2nd day delivery, this is what we ordered for her through our supplier, and this is how the package was deliveredThere's nothing on our website that guarantees if you order 2nd day air that you will actually get your package in daysThis has to do with 3rd party shippers and if you don't like it, raise a beef with them, not usTHERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING REFUND, PERIODThe calls, harassing emails and negative reviews to try and damage our business have to stop and it should be known this is not the way to get help from our companySo the Revdex.com sees fit to also call and harass us but I'm guessing will do nothing about all the negative crap/damage she's trying to cause us all over the internet

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was never made aware of the delay due to the holiday.  I do not work for them so I wouldn't know unless made aware.  I was expecting delivery as I paid for period.  Not 7 days after placing the order.    Please see their second response to my request:We're not refunding anything unless you send the order back. Which you are welcome to do.... and you will lose your original shipping cost and be charged a well deserved 30% re-stocking fee. Funny, you're still asking for help after all the attitude, bossy messages, nasty emails and a complaint to the crooked Revdex.com. Think before you act [redacted].As you can see, they do not care about return business.
