The best buying experience of any motorcycle. Dan is terrific to work with and is extremely knowledgable. Negotiations were great and the whole experience wonderful. Dan took me through the facility and answered all questions. Upon delivery today he, again showed me how to work all aspects of the bike. The owner, Dave was extremely pleasant and gave me a terrific deal as well. There is a great "vibe" in the place. Go there and check out the shop. You will not be disappointed.

Review: Made a repair appointment with repair shop to have my [redacted] looked at on June 10,2014. After being picked up, had to wait 10 days for someone to look at it. Once looked at and determined the carburetors were okay and it needed other parts, which were ordered. Waited another 7 days for parts to come in. Then I was told they did not have the "special Kawasaki" tool required to perform the repair needed. I was told they were calling other places to find the tool. A week later I called back and they said they were still trying to find a place that has the tool.I called back today after another week to check on status and was told they are still trying to find some place that has the tool.I called back today, July 10,2014 to find out the status since it has been another 7 days. I asked the service rep. what the plan was if they cannot find the tool. Who is looking for this tool and for how long if they are busy working on other motorcycles. Is there a plan B or have to forget fixing it? He told me he would page the technician to talk to me. After being on the phone for 15 minutes, he finally tells me the technician is not answering his pages and would have him call me back. 9 hours later and still have not received a courteous phone call with an update.According to the Revdex.com web site and word of mouth, this place was supposed to be good and quick. It has been a month now and I have a buyer who wants to buy the motorcycle, and this was told to [redacted] when the appointment was first made.My buyer is not going to wait for ever for the repair to be done and now they don't even call you back with an update. Apparently they do not give customer service as much consideration as I was to believe and CT Revdex.com rating of A+ should be lowered for the lack of care and importance it shows to their current customers and possible future customers.I asked to talk to the service manager once about this issue on the phone and I got disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like to know how they plan to proceed to fix my motorcycle if they cannot find the special tool needed to fix my motorcycle, and how long is this repair going to be milked? I am losing money everyday as I wait for this bike to be fixed and my potential buyer is getting frustrated and thinking about walking away. Can't blame him for a month of "bad" excuses and no urgent need to either find the tool or fix the motorcycle if you cannot locate one within 2 weeks and not tell the customer.

Review: This letter is in response to negligent damages made on my motorcycle (a 2014 [redacted]) in the beginning of January, 2015. I had called your shop because I needed my motorcycle picked up, delivered, for it to be winterized, and because I had spilled a protein shaker (protein powder mixed with milk) on my seat, and the liquid had split over my motorcycle, and into the battery terminal itself. In addition, I verbally followed up with the mechanic who came out to pick up my motorcycle, and showed him the cleaning that needed to be done. My receipt, dated 1/8/2015 R.O. # [redacted] was for: Winterize (Remove Battery + Label) Full Detail, and ABS light on, loose connections, for a total of $267.30. The bike was picked up and delivered by your shop for the repairs. When I received the bike, I immediately placed it on a stand, with a cover (to protect all parts), within a closed garage. When I started to de-winterize the bike on 4/4/2015, I began noticing damages that were not present before I had your shop work on my bike: my front left fairing had a ½ inch gap, and was cracked, the supplied bolts did not match the bike, the bike’s paint job had scratches and swirls in it, the battery terminal cover had large scratches on it, and protein/milk had been left to sit on the electrical equipment, and inside the battery terminal cover. I will include all applicable photographs and documentation.Desired Settlement: 1) I want to be reimbursed for the detailing

2) I want the front left fairing replaced

3) I want the correct bolts for my bike replaced

4) I want the battery terminal cover replaced
