I placed an order on December 6, 2016, with payment through paypal. I have contacted Levi with Kaizen Steel Drums on several occasions only to be told the merchandise is almost done or will be in the mail "tomorrow". A shipping label was created on February 28, 2017. The drum has still not been shipped. I purchased this drum for $256.00. I have asked Levi if he is unable to fulfill the order to please return my money. No response. At this point I am not sure this is a legitimate business.
