I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service that was done to this day. First of all our company has no complains at  [redacted] insurance. We had replace many roof in Mrs [redacted] area in Calumet City with happy customers at the end. That is why I feel bad hearing...

that. Mrs [redacted] should meat with our representative to go over insurance paper work and all  options towards roof repairs/replace. They never did. And that is where miscommunication started. If Miss [redacted] wants to discuss this problem with me I am more then welcome to talk to her.If Miss [redacted] wants to cancel contract that is not a problem with me as well.
