October 15, 2015Dear [redacted] ; I am writing to you in response to the above referenced complaint.The complaint was made in regards to the Rewards program we promote in our New Homes Guide MagazineThe complainant, [redacted] ***,stated that she had not received her gift card from her submission for the New Homes Guide Rewards programIn her complaint, [redacted] stated she mailed the card mid- July,however, we did not receive the card until August 14, The postcard was postmarked July 29th, and it had to be rerouted to our new office that we just moved into on June 29,2015, which likely caused the extra delay in receipt.Our Rewards Manager mailed the gift card to [redacted] on October 12,This was within the weeks we disclaim on the submission card.We consider this matter to be closed unless otherwise notified.Sincerely,Leslie S.Publisher
