I am rejecting this response because: Extremely late response to my complaint, and not credible that they have no control over the representations made regarding their Company which is what a consumer sees when he makes inquiry via the internet.

And we  have no control of what is advertised on their site. We have attempted to contact Superpages in the past to remove the list to no avail. Plumber presented price to the customer before any work was started. Customer approved and authorized the charges in writing before any work was started and completed. A discount was given to the customer. We apologized for any misunderstanding.

The technician arrived to the home of Mr. [redacted]. Once the technician arrived the customer stated he has a water leak. The technician then assessed the issue and quoted Mr. [redacted] a flat rate for the specific work needed to fix the problem. The plumber gave the customer a flat rate to...

perform the work, before any work was done to the home. A price was then agreed on between the customer and the plumber to perform the work and a contract was then signed without any hesitation. Our company was never notified of any problems with the work performed or a complaint from Mr. [redacted]. All our work is guaranteed and done by professional licensed, experienced plumbers. It is unfortunate Mr. [redacted] was upset, if there were any issues at any point there were no obligations to do any work. All pricing is done before any work is performed this is company policy. Per company policy as stated on contract we do not give price breakdowns on service flat rates. This also applies to the amount of time the plumber needs in order to fix the problem.
