Our policy at New Hope Christian School, which is listed in our handbook, states: "Fees are not refundable:
No discounts or reimbursement of fees will be given for holidays, vacation periods, and/or absences resulting from illness, or...

personal/family vacations for both the school year and summer session. No refunds will be given once fees and/or tuition payments are made."
According to this, no refunds should be provided or expected. Any indication that a credit would be given, would be an exception to this rule. These situations are handled on a case by case basis by the director and financial administrator, after reviewing the circumstances and financial information of the families involved.
Also, as a normal practice, when our school reaches full capacity, we close enrollment and place all completed applications onto our wait-list. Please note that a completed application must be fully filled out, signed by both parents, and include all fees (the application fee, registration fee and deposit fee.)
