New Horizon quoted to repair my chimney leak in 2016, did the work, and I paid them over $1,for the job However, during a following rain I checked my attic and discovered it was still leaking They came out again (after a few delays) and again said they repaired the leak (no charge) Months later I decided to check the chimney during a rain and discovered it was in fact leaking worse than before New Horizon worked on it I contacted owner Dale Pittenger again on April 29th and he said he'd be out to check it He never showed up and after about weeks of waiting I contacted him again May 24th He said they would not work on it again unless I would pay for time and material
