I wanted to trade a week through the site for a week in Vegas I put my request in a year in advance for the HGV at Elara in Las Vegas Got a conformation a week later that I was booked for the HGV on Paradise I just assumed that was the street name but as I came to realize a few weeks before the trip was that it was a completely different hotel in Vegas off the strip! The crazy thing was this hotel has never been listed on the Registry Collection site Totally a BAIT AND SWITCH by Registry Collection! Called them and they said there's nothing they can do about switching me to another hotel Such a blatant lie, it's amazing that a company like this would do that!
