damage, we are only waiting for a confirmation date to complete the repair.This process can take up to more days, but will be taken care in a very timely manner, this process takes between to day time frame normally.We have sent this information via email and await a response for the date but since this complaint includes mention of phone calls, I will reach out by phone and hopefully resolve this and have a more than happy customer!
