I can't speak highly enough about New Horizon Moving and their exceptional movers. They were highly professional--being careful with our things and providing extra packing supplies. Best of all, they were friendly and QUICK! We were so happy to have booked them and would do so again if we need to move in the future.

I just recently hired this companu to move my 3 bedroom house from Pueblo, CO to Pompano Beach, FL and it was a nightmare that still isn't over because they have been holding my belongings in some storage Utah while they give me the run around about delivery. My price was increased multiple times without any valid justification. I wish I could've read at least one honest review but it seems like they buy 5 Star revies and somehow get the 1 star reviews removed. If you're reading this take heed because it will likely not be here for long. In hindsight I wish I would've used a U-Haul or hired a legitimate moving company that isn't going to send a couple illegal aliens to pick my stuff up. Learn from my miserable experience and save your family the trouble.

William and Rhodes were great. They helped rectify what has been the worst move ever. They were very pleasant, placed boxes in the appropriate locations, and properly documented the items that came into the home. They reassembled all furniture they brought in that had parts without damaging the walls or flooring. This was the type of customer service I expected when I selected New Horizon Moving for our move.

I had a very positive experience with New Horizon Moving. I was surprised with the detail and cared for the staff. I had a few pieces of furniture that were delicate and heavy, and they expertly packed the items with moving blankets and wrap. They moved very efficiently and with care. The mover’s names are Lewis and Browne -- ask for them! They had positive energy!

Miller and his team were very professional and courteous. They turned up on time and did everything to make me happy and satisfied with the move. I highly recommend this moving company.

Mike is an asset to this company. With this move going so smooth, it made our transition to the TX much easier.

Overall great experience...timely delivery and although I don't recall their names, both the loading and delivery teams were very courteous and careful with all my belongings. Max my move coordinator, was helpful and provided updates and follow-ups to ensure everything was going smoothly.

New Horizon Moving was everything we had read about. They were friendly, respectful, took great care of our stuff, and maximized every inch of the truck to get everything in. We were delighted with their service and our entire experience. I used New Horizon Moving twice had excellent experiences both times. They were polite, moved quickly, and were very knowledgeable. There was one glitch, but they went out of their way to turn it around, and the results were even more optimistic than before the glitch.
