The daughter's x-rays were never "lost". Our x-rays are stored digitally. The imaging is retrieved and copied to a CD when requested by a patient or family. h was not communicated to our staff that the family had...

Resolution..
The x-rays would be available for pick-up on a CD if requested by the family, the fee for this service will be waived. Our fee is $15 for this task
I do not have a release of information signed by the family to further release or discuss any medical information in regard to the care provided by our professionals.
We regret this family's complaint and unhappiness with our office. We continue to provide excellent orthopedic services for the NW community and standby the medical services that were provided.
