It's imperative that customer service becomes a priority I called your location and my call was answered by Kiera, I must say that on my first interaction with your organization I was and am still baffled at how unacceptable the customer services was Anyone that answers the phone at your location is a representation of your organization , and to say the least, this was a very poor representation I asked the representative the name of a supervisor of a specific department and was refused this information, I then asked if I could ask a general question and was told that If I was not a member that I would have to come in to the branch to ask a general question Here is what makes this even more problematicIf I am treated so poorly over the phone, and I am not yet a customer, why on earth would I want to come in? Lastly I asked if she could give me her name and was met with an escalated reiteration of it along with a disdainful rendition of the spellingUNBELIEVABLE

I find this to be one of the most unprofessional companies out thereYou get approved based on the loan officer" PERSONAL FEELINGS"I was lied to I was lied to and told I have charge offs on my credit report, That was determined to be a full flat out lieI was told by [redacted] that I have collection accounts, that too was a lie

Falsely reporting a charge off account I deposited a check into my savings account which never cleared and I never withdraws money from the account The check was returned to me and I was told it missing information when it was returned to me so they couldn't deposit it into my accountSince for over a year this bank which is supposed to be a well known and trustEd financial company has been reporting this account which I do not owe as 30/60/days past due and now as a charge offThis has caused not only me but my children hardship because this error is preventing me to secure housing for my children and I I am living in a double up housing situation all because of and error on this banks hands

Myself and son has an account with new horizon someone stole his card and they have been depositing bad checks in his account

recently my car was repossessed, and I was informed that in order to get my belongings that are in the vehicle I was informed that I must pay a $ feeMy understanding is that in Alabama a fee to retrieve belongings is not permittedI have asked for documentation negating this and that information is being denied

After years of having an account with this bank, they failed to notify me of there new policy on dormant fees

My account was overdrafted and when my paycheck was deposited it cleared upHowever, the credit union closed my checking account a couple days before the deposit hit, and then put a charge-off on my credit reportThey still allowed the deposit to go thru, and clear the overdraft upThey kept my savings account openThis happened in I just need this charge-off removed from my credit report

I had a Certificate of Deposit IRA maturing 3-14-2017,I wanted to roll this over I began preparing by calling the main number for the NHU to get their procedure I was advised I could go to my local branch, I went the day before maturity to get everything set up, next day I had an appointment to come in and getting everything finalized I signed paperwork and was advised the Mobile office would send funds $250,to my financial facility The Foley office was outstanding for the NHU but once it to the Mobile office everything went down hill I was told it could be a 7-day process When 7-days passed I called almost daily checking to see if it had been sent 4/10/they sent $25,when I called to check why they did not send the total amount I was advised they missed a zero not to worry they would send the money right out I called the following to be sure it was sent and was told it had been wired I then called Fidelity Investments to be aware that it was co
