Please see the business response below: Jamie, Again I am sorry for your frustrationHowever we strive to approve all borrowers who meet agency guidelines to be approved for a mortgageAs I previously stated we are not affiliated with the appraisal company and would have no control over a refund of your appraisal moniesIf the appraisal was not completed I am sure that they would be willing to refund your moneyHowever if they have completed the appraisal and performed a service that was paid for, I am not sure that they would refund your moneyAgain I am sorry for your frustrationIf there is anything further we can do, please let me know.

To Whom it may concern, We are in receipt of the above captioned complaintThe complaint stems from the consumers inability to withdraw funds from a 203k loanThis type of home repair mortgage is a very complicated product with many moving part and many different people involvedThey can be
tedious and frustrating for the clients. While Acre did originate the loan we do not control the draws to the contractorsThese draws are controlled by the secondary investorAfter receiving this complaint Acre Mortgage did intercede with the investor on the clients behalf to assist them in the completion of the releases. We have worked very closely with the client and are confident that they are satisfied with the end results. Joseph D***

I am rejecting this response because:
They are lying I was approved for the mortgage my consultant was just not doing his job and I missed my closing date because of itThey didn't provide the services promised if he knew he didn't do his job and we weren't going to close because of it why would he have me waste my money on the appraisal that's why I want my refund there has to be something more I can do

We are in receipt of the above captioned loan and offer the following response. The mortgage process can be tedious and frustrating Acre does its best to try to keep the client informed and educated on the process During and following this complaint Acre has contacted and worked

I do understand your frustration that your mortgage loan did not get approvedWhile we understand that you paid $for an appraisal, that is a separate transactionWe are not affiliated with the appraisal company and getting an appraisal done does not guarantee you a commitment to a loanYou
may contact the appraisal company to see if they will refund your moneyHowever it is probably unlikely as a service was performed and you are entitled to a copy of the appraisal
