I am rejecting this response because:Please consider this my rebuttal to the response received from Gary M[redacted] and New Horizons Yard Service regarding complaint #[redacted].  As stated in the initial complaint, I clearly requested a written estimate detailing the work that would be included in the verbal estimate of $1700.  In the text message dated September 1, at 4:55 pm, I clearly state that my expectation is for all junipers in the front and back of my property be removed with root removal.  The work, which was performed without providing a detailed estimate, or entering into an agreement prior to starting the work did not meet these clear expectations which were set during our initial verbal communications.  Had a detailed written estimate been provided prior to the work being started, we could have established the discrepancy and either agreed upon a compromise or decided that New Horizons was not the company that should perform the job.  As I stated in the initial complaint, I am willing to pay Gary M[redacted] and New Horizons Yard Services the initial amount quoted, less what it will cost me to have the job completed.  The estimate (see attached), is for $535.00, this includes grinding out the remaining juniper and the removal of remaining stumps and roots. With this information, I am willing to pay New Horizons a total of $1165.00, for the work that was performed. In the response provided by Gary M[redacted], on September 24, he did not address any of my concerns including his failure to provide a detailed written estimate, the remaining juniper or the lack of root removal.  I again request that all communication be made via the Revdex.com, and that Gray M[redacted] not contact me by phone, text or appearance on my property.
