My husband and I purchased a car from Rockstar Automotive 7/27/from a person who was not authorized to sale vehicles, Gerald (would not give last name) Gerald promised on the contract to fix the brakes and rotars We brought the car home, and the next morning the car wouldn't turn on, the battery was deadGerald came and brought another dead battery that didn't fit the next night As the week goes by we try to get in contact with the business, no one answers for weeks We finally get the time to go back to the business in person We meet the "owner" Carl (he would not give us his last name, but gave us a card for CA Car Cloud) He insinuates that Gerald was special needs (functioning rdation is what he called it) and that he had no authority to sell vehicles, write temporary licenses, or hire the other people that was in the building that day (a woman that helped with the loan paperwork and a mechanic) Carl kept saying that Gerald was strictly a helper around the b

Here are the notes that were written on 5/9/12: pt states that she spoke with her ins co and they require that we call them to resolve issue with IUD coveragept states she was put on IUD because she could not tolerate other bc optionsI informed pt, I would get this to billing(I refers to
*** which is the person that took the call)I spoke with *** *, after reviewing notes she found that there is no documentation that pt has ever tried any other bcI contacted pt regarding our notes and she states that the previous bc was prior to us seeing her and that we wouldn't have any notes re itI informed pt unfortunately without that documentation we would not be able to help herPt states that we checked her benefits and quoted her prior to insertionI informed pt that when receiving a quote from the ins company is just "...a quote, not a guarantee of benefits." per all insurance companiesPt stated that she is going to call her insurance company and that she is NOT going to pay us, that we will just have to send her to collectionsShe was sent to collections on 7/30/12Pt has balance of $1,I don't anything about the balance that she is referring toI have attached financial forms that she signed that you may review as well

Below are the actions we have taken to resolve this:
Patient did not return for repeat pap and was not charged for this
This is not a New
Horizons Women’s Care or Doctor Office mistake it was ***’s mistake
After researching her visit we found that “***” coded incorrectly the visit
a We have spoken with *** and they confirmed their error and have rebilled it correctly
We spoke with *** last week to update her on our results and to find out who she talked with at New Horizons Women’s Care regarding her bills and the documents she dropped off as we did not have any documentation or phone calls from her
a *** advised that she spoke with ***, not New Horizons Women’s Care
We will be following up with *** once we have confirmation that *** has sent the correct bill out

New Horizons Women’s Care has spoken with *** and they rebilled it to my insurance, but the claim was declined by my insurance again due to two diagnose codes listed on the claim by docot's office, one is for preventive care and the other is not
I left a message to *** at the New Horizons Women's care on 5/28/and asked to revise the diagnose codeSo far I didn't hear anything from her yet.
Is there any chance Revdex.com can continue assisting me with this complaint? Thank you again for your time
