Thank you for your reply. In your reply, you stated that you have attempted to reach me on numerous occasions via telephone and email in an effort to resolve the referenced complaint. I believe that I have only received one phone call on 2/24/from New Horizons (*** ***) regarding this complaint. I was expecting to receive a formal response regarding my refund request
via the Revdex.com as I have finally received on 3/3/2017. I have been waiting for this response since my first filing with the Michigan Revdex.com in November of 2016. Please confirm when these attempts to reach me were made. Also, in the voice mail from *** *** on 2/24/2017, there was no mention of my request for a refund. I spent several weeks phoning and emailing persons at New Horizons last year, and as I mentioned previously, I no longer wish to discuss the matter. I would simply like to receive a refund of $700. Please review and advise. Thank you for your time and attention]
