Upon talking to the man and explaining my situation he worked out a payment plan with me. I could barely talk to him through tears of joy and gratefulness. I've never had a garage treat me so good from the beginning. Even before knowing my situation they kept me informed as far as progress and treated me with much respect and kindness. If all companies were more like the employees at Jenkins Automotive the world would be a much better place. It's good to know that there are still companies that are as loyal to you as you are to them. I will never take my car to anyone else other than Jenkins. My advice if you live in the area these guys are your best choice in your automotive needs. Thanks Jenkins for giving me peace of mind and confirmation that not all the good guys are gone! Great job! If you are looking for an honest, affordable, professional, reliable mechanic's shop, I highly recommend Jenkins. Ever since they first started in a small shop in the Vandalia area my family has been taking their vehicles to them. Once they moved to their new shop in New Carlisle we continue to drive (or tow..lol) the 25 minutes to them. Not only does my family use them, but also my wife's family and church.
I can't say enough about how well they have taken care of any issues from brakes to head gaskets. I still occasionally call around to get estimates and Jenkins is always fair and I know I'm getting honest service.

I strongly discourage you from going to New Idea Cleaners in Greeley!! I can't believe the results I got from them. I have a VERY expensive formal dress to get pressed only, and when I got it back, it was more wrinkly than when I gave it to them! It has a silk underlay and a mesh overlay and the mesh and silk are both very wrinkled. I wish I never would have had them "press" it. Maybe they bagged it up immediately after "pressing" it, and the closed bag made the dress wrinkle since it is a large poofy dress. Best of all? It smells absolutely disgusting!! I am afraid to even put it on my body. I got it home and smelled the stench and I gagged. I can't believe my special occasion is ruined because of their horrible care and overpriced and negligent service.
