I have read the complaint and talked to this patient directly multiple timesI have never dealt with a situation like this but, I understand the
frustration that he has with the result of treatmentI do what is best for my patients at all times and unfortunately not all treatment is successfulDentistry like Medicine is not an exact science and when problems arise we often have to find a different treatment optionI believe that I have been fair with this patient in trying to find a solution to the unforeseen problems that have come aboutI did not charge this patient anything extra than the original treatment that we were trying. I understand that this patient would like to seek treatment elsewhere for a resolution to his problemI have him in touch with an excellent specialist who will be able to help him outI have offered to pay all of the patients expenses to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion.
