We have put additional checks in place, talked with the current contractor and the circulation manager has met with the person who complained. His description of that meeting follows. I went and met with Nicole L[redacted]. She had the report to Revdex.com. Her house was broke into and she is really nervous about having a paper on the drive way. She was happy I came and talked to her.
