[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: This is Karen, Kevin [redacted] s wifeKevin did not use my card without my knowledge nor did I get madI don't even think it was my debit cardI think it was his but regardless, it is a business account with both our names on itWe are a team and we discuss everything so I knew what was going on before he contacted themWe did not sign any paperwork at allAsk New Image to provide the signed paperwork from usI would like to see it tooHowever, New Image, did take the down payment out of our business checking account the day they spoke with us BEFORE anything was signedWe do not have any kind of contract with New Image Buildings and have been fighting with them to get our money backI'm pretty sure it is illegal to take someone's money our of their account before having any signed paperworkAnother key thing we were looking at is that the service area for New Image Buildings is North CarolinaIf they don't service Alabama, why did they not say that when we contacted them instead of just taking our moneyI am requesting a full refund to my business account today or I have no other choice but to pursue any and all legal actions to get our money backIf we have to go this route, not only will they have to refund the full down payment, but also all the legal fees and time lost from work having to deal with them just trying to get our money backIt would be feasible for them if New Image just refunded the down payment back to our account they took it out of unless they want to pay a lot more than that Regards, Kevin [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:It is a flat out LieThey did not come on Thanksgiving day and overtime I tried to call them they kept saying the truck is broken or they didn't answer the phone They are dishonest people and they never came to delivery the product or to work

Julia put a down payment on a building we did not raise the price she chose to do rent to own which is a company called Heartland. That's why the price changes after adding on all the interest. We never changed any price as far as that is concerned. Also the refund check was
mailed out and she called and said she had given a wrong address but the check never was returned to our companyAny questions please feel free to call us we will be glad to help Julia in anyway

Mr*** put a down payment with his wife's credit card and she got mad when she found out but he had already signed all paperwork and it clearly stated that the deposit are non refundable unless there is county permit issuesowners of new image metal buildings agreed to refund the money to keep
the customer from making complaints and bad reviewscustomer was refunded half of his down payment via western union and customer agreed to this before it was sentHe was also told the other half would be issued in two weeks before the two weeks was here Mr*** called on a daily basis cursing and threatening the employees when we stared to record the phone call he became irate and the started posting several bad post on our Facebook page at this point the owners stopped payment on the remaining part of the down paymentIn the process New image metal buildings has came under new owner ship and refunds are taking longer do to investigation as to why the refunds need to be issuedAny further questions please contact Sarah *** at New image metal buildings Thanks,Sarah

We do service the Alabama area servicing you has never been a issue and your building was going to be installed. With new owners of New image metal buildings refund is being investigated and will be returned once the investigation is complete.Thanks,New image metal buildings

Hi We did try to work with Mr.[redacted], but he didn’t seem to want to work with us. A crew went up there on Thanksgiving day and said that Mr.[redacted] did not allow them to work, because he said it was a holiday. After that they tried rescheduling with him and had no luck. He place a...

claim to Authorize and got his money back. Therefore when he posted this complaint it was not necessary because his money did get refunded. Thank you
