We have been customers of New Image Cleaning for a couple of years nowWe have rarely had complaints, but any complaints have always been addressed immediatelyNot only is the cleaning service very good, but the cost is reasonable, and the personal service is appreciated
Do not use this company! They are terrible. One of their cleaning people broke an expensive soap dish in my bathroom. They turned it around and tried to hide it so we wouldn't notice. I texted the owner a picture of the broken item and both called and texted him many times. He never called me back. They cleaned well the first few times but after that it progressively got worse each time. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
