I received services from this business. I had informed them that prior to receiving services That I was to be informed if my insurance would cover the whole service. They had informed me that they had ran my insurance and that it would be covered. After being informed this information I agreed to receive services. After the services were provided I was informed that my insurance didn’t cover. If I had been informed properly of my insurance not being able to cover I would have delayed the services or could have been prepared that I would owe money afterwards.

I am rejecting this response because: when I agreed to schedule the appointment and follow through with services I was informed that both my Insurance’s were going to cover. I informed them that I will not schedule an appointment until I know if both my Insurance’s were going to cover. I was Informed that they would and after the services were completed I was informed that they were not covering the services provided. If I was properly informed about these services not being covered by the secondary insurance than I would have scheduled a later date and saved money to cover the difference that I knew I was going to have to pay. I was falsely informed of what my insurance was going to cover and now I am left with a bill.

We have supply all of the documented information we received from the insurance company. Yes her secondary shows that they would pay on the predetermination letter we received from them for her service, this we presented to *** before service. Unfortunately her insurance company decided not to pay what they stated on the predetermination letter, this you will see in the documents we sent to you. Ms *** complaint should be with her insurance company not us. They are the ones that gave her and us the information she received. We can only go by what was given to us from the insurance company. She should contact her insurance provider and file a complaint against them.
