We attempted several times to perform the work for Mr***, every attempt to schedule his job to get done resulted in some excuse from mr*** as to why
the work could not be performed, the job not being completed is not because of us, at this time we are returning Mr***'s deposit

To date the vendor has only refunded $1,of the $8,owedIn the meantime, water has started to enter my home more frequently and further damages have occurred, causing me to have to remove an entire ceiling worth of plaster from the rear/main level room of the property and begin to make repairs myselfFull remedy in the return of funds received by vendor has not been made to dateThis case is still very much open, and the response from the vendor to the Revdex.com was disingenuous and misleadingBuyer beware when it comes to New Image Exteriors and similar shady contractorsI should have been more leery of them showing up at my home urging me to make a claim against my insurance company for hail/wind damageOnly after my experience with this "business" have I discovered that scams like these are fairly commonplaceI will need to use more discernment in the future to avoid being taken advantage of like this againAs far as I can tell, the bottom line is that this company spent the funds they received in order to complete the insurance job at my home on something other than said jobWhen confronted about this fact, Mr*** advised that I contact his attorney; so that is what has been doneI am still awaiting full remedy of this complaint as of 7/9/
