There are several factors that can determine how long...

the hair graft can last, such as styling habits, work environment and the proper 4 to 6 week service visits. The clients' last service visit with New Image was on March 21, 2015. Since New Image has not had the opportunity to see the hair in over 5 months, it is difficult for us to determine why the hair graft has lost hair. As stated in paragraph # 7 of the signed agreement, there are no guarantees on the longevity of the hair replacement.One other key factor are the products that are used to care for the hair graft since this is processed human hair without a cuticle. New Image products have been designed with a blend of proprietary ingredients to treat the processed human hair to help keep it healthy.
If the proper service and products are not followed this can lead to pre-mature breakage and shedding.
New Image Hair Clinic has been in the business of helping men, women and children suffering with hair loss concerns for over 40 years. Our goal is to help our client resolve this concern and as per our conversation on August 6, 2015, we have mutually scheduled an appointment to meet on August 14, 2015 to discuss her concerns.
