New Image, Inc.

Review: I have my own independant company that sells tshirts called [redacted]. I used new Image to do screen printing on my shirts which are 1.35$ per print each shirt. On my last order I sent new image 18 baseball style shirts and wanted my logo on it but this time I wanted the B only and not the B with [redacted] they over charged me 2.40$ per print each shirt. I never approved any artwork nor was an email sent to me by new image to do so. I spoke with Nancy who works at new image and asked her could she just send my shirts back and I'd pay for the shipping she told me no the shirts were already printed if I wanted them id have to pay the full price 75.46$ I told her I was not going to pay it because I did not approve any artwork she told me it was a re-order when it wasnt because this was the 1st time out of the 4 orders I placed with new image that I only got the B on it as opposed to the B with [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like new image to ship my order of 18 baseball style shirts wit B logo to me I am willing to pay the original 1.35 per print each shirt
