Today I took our car to New Image Body and Paint in Tempe, Arizona for and estimate for repairs that were sustained while parked at a [redacted]. I considered New Image due to the fact that they were listed as a preferred shop on [redacted] and [redacted] lists. I was first impressed when I called last Friday (day after Thanksgiving) and the phone was answered by [redacted], even though they were closed, and he offered to "stick around if I wanted to bring my car in that day. I told him I would wait until Monday.
I went in to New Image today, and [redacted] (who owns the shop) inspected our car and explained in detail exactly what they would do to return our car to us "like new". He did not miss any parts on the estimate, which the other two shops did, and was the only shop to offer rental car arrangements for us.
This car has an aluminum body, which computes to special skills and higher expense to repair. He didn't blow smoke or waffle on any of the processes or procedures used in the repair. To top it off the New Image estimate was less than the other two.
I will be taking my car's repair to New Image Body and Paint in Tempe, Arizona, and will let you know the outcome of the repairs and experience thereof.
