New Image Refinishing has been my "go to" company for ceramic and porcelain repairs for over fifteen years The company prices have been more than fair Their quality of work and the ability to interact with my customers have been superb As a general contractor there are many times that rathering than replacing an entire ceramic bath or shower surround, it can be brought back to life, like knew, by the craftsmanship of this company Many of our older homes have tiles that cannot be replaced Mr [redacted] has matched the damaged or broken tile perfectly, regouted entire enclosure and repaired tile floors A life saver that has saved time and money passed back to the homeowner [redacted]

I called Owner of New Image Finishing to check on price and time that he could come to our house to do a job for us about miles away from himHe kept in contact with us and did the job as quickly as possible and did a good job for usI would recomend him to others

This nightmare experience began with Mr*** giving me a verbal quote over the phone and then sending me an email quote for a higher price After accepting his higher quote and scheduling the work, he then proceeded to try to reschedule at the last minute after being on his schedule for weeks I chalked these red flags up to him being busy and overlooked them due to him being Revdex.com+ accredited and his quote being the lowest of the ones I received from the Revdex.com+ accredited businesses It is definitely true that you get what you pay for! On the day Mr*** came out to do the work, I received complaints from my tenants saying that he was trying to charge them for additional work and had turned off the water at the house without asking and was saying it would have to be off for hours Hours later, when Mr*** finally returned my phone calls, he stated there was a leak and that I could pay him to come back out the next day to turn the water back on or he could turn it on but that would void the 5-year warranty I was paying for Having just had the plumbing redone in that wall a couple years prior and the tenants needing water, I asked him to turn the water back on When asked why he didn't call me almost hours earlier when he saw the "leak" so I could have a plumber come out, he stated he told the tenants and admitted that he hadn't wanted to tell me himself As a side note, when I had a licensed plumber come out afterwards, I found out why he hadn't called me There was no leak!!! The plumber said the wall was so dry that there was dust on the pipes! After hours of being yelled at and insulted by Mr***, to the point of having to hang up a couple of times, for asking him to turn back on the water and refusing to pay for any additional work, he turned the water back on and I paid him When I tried to contact Mr*** after the plumber came out about there not being a leak and validating that my warranty was still intact, I didn't get a reply for weeks so I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com They told me that they couldn't do anything since he had done the work unless I had an issue down the road and he refused to warranty the work Their advice was to leave this review to warn others of Mr***' dual personality, constants lies, and attempts to get additional money, all while stating how long he has been in business and how honest he is Don't be fooled!

I have used this company for a unit property I manage and his work is excellent I call him each time I need service he is prompt and professional

We just had our Jacuzzi tub completely refinished ,from a [don't laugh] dark green to a off white color it turned out beautiful.I had a few other businesses come by for an estimate but they couldn't do the jet nozzles and heating controls, but someone recommended [redacted] at new image refinishing he came by and he said no problem and sure enough a week later it was done and fantastic. Very positive experience with Curtis and his company. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and extremely honest. Refinished a tub for us and saved us a bunch of money on a shower improvement project. If you have a refinishing project this is your man.
