Review: I bought a membership to a remote computer repair service, I called them 4 times in the past 2 weeks first three left messages on their voice mail to call me back (NO RESPONSE) today I called and got a man on line he said please hold while I review your account,I was left on hold for 15 minutes they said please leave message and we will call back, STILL NO RESPONSE, I emailed them twice and both time came back delivery failure, just tried calling at 4 pm the message said you have reached us during non business hours our hours are until 8 pm (it was only 4pm) they have ignored me for the past 2 weeks and I still have the same computer issues.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my entire payment as they have not performed what I bought into, and now they ignore my calls

Review: I have been a client of this company since July, 2011, and at first their tech support was available and excellent. I renewed my contract with them in Feb.,2012 and again in Feb.,2013. I paid $379.00 on Feb.**, 2013. Their service was to cover as many as 5 computers in a home and unlimited calls. Well, they became more and more difficult to reach, decreased their hours, and it got to the point that I simply could not reach them. I would wait on the line as long as I could bear it and then leave my name, number. etc., for a promised return call. No calls ever arrived. This pattern has persisted, and I have a feeling that perhaps they are going out of business. (They do not deserve to be in business!). I have given up and sought tech support elsewhere. Of course, they still have my $379! In August I called often enough and even called their Sales Dept. (no longer available, it seems) and I did receive 2 return calls. I requested a refund of one half of the amount I paid. Instead, they extended my contract by 2 weeks! I wrote a letter, which was returned to me, "Addressee Unknown". I am really furious about this.Desired Settlement: I would like to have one half of the $379.00 refunded by check.
