Review: I placed an order for two pistol magazines on May 2, 2013 and received an e-mail with my order information shortly afterwards. I checked the status of the order regularly on their website and even after they received payment the order still showed as new. The only contact information I had was e-mail addresses so I sent them messages requesting an order update. After not receiving a reply to any of my inquiries I sent them a message on May 12 requesting that they refund the charges. I haven't received the magazines, the order still shows as "New" on their website, and I still haven't heard from them as of May 14.Desired Settlement: Since they can't seem to fulfill the order I'd like them to refund the charges to my charge card.

Review: I placed an order on July 17th and my credit card was charged. The website for New Innovations states that my charges have been "settled" meaning paid by my bank. I have not received the product I paid for and all my attempts to contact business have gone unanswered. They state you must email them with questions regarding your order, so I did, 3 times over the past week with ZERO response. I would like my credit card charges to be reversed and my account credited for the amount it was charged.Desired Settlement: Full refund immediately.

Review: On August, 26, I ordered a magazine for one of my handguns at which time my credit card was immediately charged $38.95. The company has refused to respond to my inquiries about the magazine or a refund of monies paid. As with other complaints, their "order tracking" page simply states that the order has been received and payment is settled. No mention as to when, or if, the order will be filled. As well as posting this with the Idaho [redacted], I'm also going to relay my experience with New Innovations in every sporting goods/firearms forum I can find.Desired Settlement: Like other 'suckers' who've purchased products from New Innovations, I want what I paid for, or a refund.

Review: I order two Leupold vendetta range finders on 1/17/15 , when I got my statement it did not come with a UPS tracking code. I can not verify if the products have been shipped so I have tried to contact the seller through multiple emails and phone calls with no response. After researching this company I have found that this is a complaint that come up often. I have also used their on line tracking system and found it doesn't work and is unavailable.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the UPS tracking order number and receive the products I have ordered.

Review: I placed an order for a NC STAR Rifle Shooters Mat on 10.19.2014 and received an e-mail with my order information shortly afterwards. I checked the status of the order regularly on their website and even after they received payment the order still showed as new. The only contact information I had was e-mail addresses so I sent them messages requesting an order update. After not receiving a reply to any of my inquiries I called the owner directly also with no response. 10.27.14. I haven't received the item, the order still shows as "New" on their website, and I still haven't heard from them as of 10.27.14

Desired Settlement: Since they can't seem to fulfill the order I'd like them to refund the charges to my charge card.

Review: On May 10th, 2013 I ordered a shotgun scabbard for $24 and also paid $9.95 shipping charges. My credit card was charged for the order. I received an email from the company stating the order was received and would process. They supply a "tracking" site on the internet. When I track the order number it says Payment is "Settled", but no confirmation of shipping. I have yet to receive shipment of the scabbard.I have attempted to reach the company by both e-mail and phone. The number I have is for [redacted] who you list as the owner of the company. I have left multiple messages on the phone. There has been no response to the emails, or the phone calls.Desired Settlement: My main goal would be to receive the item I ordered; however, if that is not possible I wish to have a full refund for the item and the shipping of $33.95.

Review: Ordered an item from their site. Followed the tracking. Saw it clear payment on bank and on their site. Have not received the item and cannot get ahold of them to find out status after several weeks of trying to contact them. No phone number listed on website. Located number through Revdex.com and called and left message three different times. Email has not bounced and has been sent numerous times.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the item ordered and an explanation as to what happened.
