New Insights

Review: Office staff were rude and offered no arbitration on any level. Complete rejection of any problem resolutions. Total denial of the chronological order in which the events happened. Insisted I was wrong and I had no recourse. I had in fact acted according to their time line. Their issue was that I used the last day of their own time line and I did not act sooner. Their 2 week notice was acted on, by me, on the last day. Their refusal to recognize their own time line and utter contempt for me to wait until the last day was grounds for their decision to be made early. Employee was contacted by me on the last day of their time line by phone message, but she was out of the office and that constituted dismissal of my case on all accounts. This was the final appt. I needed to complete. To say all money paid (paid in full never behind) is lost and the whole fee will need to be paid again and the whole program started over is rediculous and obscene. I am a customer of New Insights. I seek relief against business practices that are unjustified and, frankly, dishonest. A customer has a right to expect fair business practices and be heard when a problem arises. This is not the case here in any way. Unconcerned, rude, unmannered and derisive are the people employed here.Desired Settlement: I am down to the last appt. of program. Would like to complete the final appt. without having to start this whole process all over again from the start. Or, refund all monies so I can go elsewhere.

At this time we are unable to move forward in the investigation without a properly signed and executed consent to release information, for your convenience I have attached a release, please note that even with a signed release we are limited in what can be released due to the protect on of Drug and Alcohol treatment records.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe the federal law cited by New Insights can be routed to the exception clause. If I, [redacted] Weeks, agree to the disclosure of my records in their files to the Revdex.com and agree no liability to the confidetiality of those records is held by New Insights, the law no longer applies. Full disclosure would then be compelled by New Insights to the Revdex.com.
