Summary; First technician came out and asked my daughter what it was they were suppose to do
Had to call for second vist to find out why they were not performing service in the attic were part of the issue was
Finally Jerry got problem under control
They packed up there bait stations and traps gave the all clear
3 weeks later my grandson brings in the house poison rat bars left behind not in a secured bait station. Pure panic at that time fortunatly no harm. they got lucky on this one. could have been real bad
