Been trying to get a overstated monthly Sewer Charge on Ocean City Adjusted. We had Toilet break and run all week which over ran our water then the Sewer Fees are rated on July,Aug,Sept. month usage and my Sewer bill went from $25.00 per to $ 101.00 per month. 3 months later still awaiting a fix, was just told sent to the resolution dept. Billing denied. The process should not take 90 days to get handled. and there is no way to talk to any one except a CSR and they just yes,no and apologize. Terrible levels of customer service
