The complainant purchased this vehicle on January 20, and drove it off the lot on February 02, The vehicle came with a day powertrain warranty and guaranteed NJ state inspectionThe complainant was offered the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty, which he declined.Based on the information he brought to us on August 30, he had his car serviced by another repair facility on July 13, At the time of delivery, the BMW had miles on itOn the 13th of July, the odometer read Prior to this complaint, we had a very good relationship with the customerWhen he showed up at the dealership on the 30th his demeanor was entirely different than it had ever been previously and this was the first we had heard of him having the valve cover replacedWhile this vehicle was in our possession and at the time of sale there was no indication of any oil leaks
