The patient came into the office on April 8,*She was then registered for the New Jersey Medical Marijuana ProgramAs well as provided with a Registry Id: and Reference No: [redacted] She was explained that she had to wait for the state to contact her in order to pay for the state fee which is independent from the office feeOur office did reach out to the patient on 04/and told her that the state has set her fee and to please log on to the state site and pay their feeShe said that she still had not gotten the email and we explained that we were told she could pay at the timeOn the week of 04/*our office contacted Ms[redacted] again and explained that she had to pay the stateMs[redacted] then contacted our office and said she wanted refund since the state had not contacted herWe stated that the office does not give refunds and we had the services and had also informed her twice that she could pay the stateAs of 05/Ms[redacted] has not paid the state in order to get her medical marijuana card
