paperwork for the above complaintAs you can see the word Replacement is clearly on the contract in a couple of places (I circled) We are willing to try to resolve this with them, but we must meet with both of them which I offered to do at any time of day and they refusedAs I told you I did go to meet with them and he wasn’t there, at that time we changed the scope of the work and gave them what they now were asking for new construction windows, which require more material and labor, but they refusedThat is as far as I got.If there is any additional info you require let me know and I will forward what I have as far as e-mail correspondence
As I mentioned the customer has filed a chargeback with the credit card company and I am waiting for the paperwork from the credit card companyThank you for your attention to this matterRegards,

What a great company! These windows are amazing, but the entire process was made simple and homeowner-friendly. We never anticipated how much of a difference these windows would make. They operate flawlessly, are beautiful in design, and are made to last. They help provide and a comfortable, constant indoor temperature, and we have used less heat in the winter and less a.c. in the summer. We have noticed, also, that they also cut down on outside noise, a benefit we never really thought about, but a definite improvement. Simply stated, these SoftLite windows are top grade. We can’t imagine any better.
Yes, the windows are great. But the staff is first class as well! From our initial contact with Matt through the installation, the entire process was low stress and professional. The technicians were amazing. These two gentlemen made an impressive team, as they completed the installation of our 24 windows quickly, quietly and professionally. Their work was flawless. They were diligent in detecting any areas of concern and involved us in the process as they went along. They took their work very seriously, and were so neat and clean that we had difficulty knowing what rooms they had been in without checking the windows! Lastly, their custom design sill work on our front picture window is just beautiful. These two men were top notch craftsmen, and we thank them for their fine work.
In retrospect, we could not have chosen a better company to do the job, and we happily recommend them to anyone! Thank you, New Jersey Windows & Siding.
